When was your business established?
It was all started in Melbourne back in 2018. Since then we have been shooting all over Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and still exploring! :D
What is your payment terms?
We will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold our date. After that the remaining 50% is due 8 weeks before the session. We do accept Paypal with 3% flat surcharge or you can do bank transfer for either IDR, AUD, SGD or USD payment.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
We usually present a quick preview of 8-10 photos within on the next day. Then we will deliver the rest in 3-4 weeks time.
