we travel everywhere and when we go overseas we are not only being your videographer or photographer, but it is going to be a bro and sis connection. We are going all out, get lost, and for certain enjoying every bit of the moment

Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
We are sorry, that we do not have replacement. because we are really strict with our photo and video standard. You are hiring our service because you want that exact or even better picture, and we are kind of not sure if we are being replaced.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
1 - 4 week after client's final approval
How far in advance should your client contact you?
the most ideal time for client to contact us would be 3 week before the wedding
How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
Depending on the scale of the wedding, we usually adjust the number of team involved accordingly
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge per 8 hours, or per event depending on the package picked by the brides
How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
Yes, we direct our client, but without removing the client's emotional ties that we will explore. Until the client dissolves in happiness, pleasure, joy, and love. Client's happiness is our happiness too
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cash
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our client provides meal but our videographer could take care of their own meals as long as it was informed before D-day
What is your payment terms?
10% dp for booking dates, 60% before the event, 30% after all works have been given
