The Samaya Ubud, Bali

We worked together with this venue and it was amazing. Our client was very happy with their special day. All staff were excellent and easy to work with. We are looking forward to working with them again soon.

We got married at The Samaya in July 2016 and I cannot rate the venue or the staff more highly. Nothing was too much trouble and all of the staff we met were warm and made us and all of our guests feel special! The venue is spectacular and the food was delicious. They tailored our menu to account for allergies and different food preferences of 20 guests. They happily allowed us to make our own personalised cocktail menu. The villas are perfect and they decorated them with flower petals beautifully. It was the dry season and we were meant to get married by the river but there was so much rain that day that our plans had to be changed at the last minute. The staff were amazing and not thrown at all. They shut their main restaurant "Swept Away" for us and moved all of the decorations so that we could still have the wedding we had both dreamed of next to the river. The staff reassured us that rain was a blessing from the Gods and a sign we'd have a baby soon...they were right! We're taking our baby back there next year for a belated anniversary trip

We had the time of our lives during our wedding two weeks ago. People always tell us that a wedding is tiring and that we'd be glad once it's over - but that is certainly not the case for us at all, I have no idea what they are talking about! Thanks to the brilliant service of the staff at Samaya - always with smiles on their faces - we all let our hair down, had so much fun and laughs, cried tears of joy, and the whole event screamed of genuine happiness and bliss. The venue was BEAUTIFUL, we had the ceremony next to the river near Swept Away restaurant, which looked like paradise - and the dinner at the open balcony/loungey space near the reception. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The venue made it possible to have our dreamy walk down the aisle, with the river in the background, and we could have our entrance into the dinner area through the steps up, flanked on both sides by our friends and family waving sparklers. We thank Samaya, from the bottom of our hearts, and cannot think of a better place to have held our wedding.

We had an intimate wedding @ the Samaya ubud last week and we cannot be more pleased with the choice. Everything turned out to be exactly what we have imagined! The staff there are extremely friendly and made us feel like home. The food are yummy too. Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality. We'd like to give a special thanks to Joice - she pretty much took care of all the wedding planning for us and made our life so much easier (I particularly love the bouquet she specially ordered for me). Thank you once again for giving us such an amazing experience.
