Do you offer consultations?
No two weddings are the same. Te Planner offers complimentary decoration and lightning advises.
Minimum and maximum number of guests
It is based on per couple. We dont charge by number of guests.
What is the style of your decorations?
Tropical, Classic, Vintage, Modern, Nautical, Romantic, Rustic
If you have not worked at the ceremony or reception sites previously, would you be willing to visit the sites before the event?
We would love to go down to the venue with you to have a site survey.
What supporting equipment do you provide?
Chair covers, Tablecloths and linens, Centerpieces, Room or ceiling draping, Lighting, Stage or dance floor, Chairs
Do you offer delivery, set up, and breakdown services?
All prices are inclusive of delivery, setup and teardown services. There is no hidden cost.
What makes your services unique?
Our decoration varies based on the theme of the wedding. Let our team bring an innovative and magical ambience to your wedding, so you can treat yourself and your guests to something special.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
Preferably 3 - 6 months in advance. We do accept request 1 month in advance if the setup is not complicated.

50% of the agreed amount to be paid upon confirmation of the quotation.
50% of the agreed amount to be paid on the actual day.

Depending on the types of flowers used. Fresh flowers can only last for 1 day.

We listen and custom make according to your budget. We do not overcharge our client.

Preferably 2 weeks in advance as flowers are seasonal. We will then advise you accordingly.
