Executive Chef Khairudin ‘Dean’ Nor is driven by providing sumptuous luxury dining experiences, including local dishes such as nasi campur and ayam sambal tomat, made authentic by our own ‘Mama Bali’, Ibu Ni Myoman Adriani, who prepares local ‘bumbu’ spices daily.
