What is Taman Kado?
Taman Kado provides the service for souvenir crafting, invitation printing, hampers for weddings, birthdays, and parties. We are located at Jl. Kutai 66, Surabaya.
How to order?

Will there be minimum order quantity?
For our invitations and souvenirs, we have a minimum order quantity policy. For invitations and souvenirs with TK codes, the minimum order quantity is 200 pcs. For souvenirs with RO codes, the minimum order quantity is 300 pcs.
Can I order below the minimum order quantity?
Orders under the minimum order quantity will have additional charge. Please contact us for more information.
When is the better time to place the order?
We recommend to place the order 2 months before you plan to send out the invitations to your guests. Our production lead time is 30-40 workdays, counting from final approval.

WORKFLOW
1. Design and content creation based on data from client (5-7 workdays)
2. Client's approval (on this stage, please ensure the texting is accurate)
3. Revision (maximum 2 revisions)
4. Final approval
5. Printing and finishing (30-40 workdays)
PAYMENT
2 stages of payment:
Stage 1: 50% for down payment
Stage 2: 50% on Final Approval

What if I need shorter lead time?
We provide priority servies with extra charges.
Can I cancel the order after making the Down Payment?
Unfortunately, we can not refund your Down Payment. We need to make preparations to ensure the production processes go according to the plan.
