Organize for Prewedding Services : - Budgeting plan according to your reference of venue, decoration, gown, suit etc. Vendor’s and items selection in the draft budgeting can be adjusted based on client’s preferences, suitable to the expectation and budget. - Provide vendors information for wedding event, including negotiating and signing contract on behalf of you. - Consulting and give any possible information about vendors (MC, Guest Stars, Band,Sound System, etc.) which fit your criteria and budget. - Scheduling appointment with vendors, considering your time, including venue inspections, vendor appointments, food tasting as well as hair and make up trial. - Assist wedding consultation about concept and wedding theme. - Prepare the rundown and itinerary for the wedding event in consultation with the bride and groom. - Coordinate all activities with D-day vendors according to the rundown. - Reminder the bride and groom according to the wedding checklist (arrange appointments and schedule for food tasting, make-up test, meeting with selected vendors, etc) - Arrange all vendors and wedding couple for technical meeting. - Arrange wedding ceremony rehearsal at the wedding venue (depends on availability). Wedding Day Services : - Organize and execute rundown on the day of the wedding. Starting from early morning gathering of the bride and groom, morning reception, holy matrimony, and the wedding ceremony for the event until the reception done. - Organizing and ensuring all vendors. Will deliver the services as agreed. - Organizing and ensuring the event runs as planned. - Organizing transportation on wedding day. Vehicle is not included for the bride. - Coordinate all activities on wedding day vendors according to the rundown. - Organizing guest transportation from hotel to the wedding venue. - On the wedding day, [Vi] Organizer’s team will consist of : Assistant of the bride Assistant of the groom Assistant of the bride’s & groom’s family Procession handling Decoration checking Music team handling Administration (include souvenir handling,guest book handling, etc)
