Full Wedding Planning & Coordination Services For 50 to 100 guests. Before the wedding: - Unlimited wedding consultation during the planning. - Suggesting and selecting vendors: Wedding venue, celebrant, florist & decorator, makeup artist, photographer, videographer, caterer, talents, etc. - Development of a budgeting report, style and decorative concept, production schedule and distribution to all suppliers. - Development of a wedding day schedule. - One-time meeting and venue visit in Bali. - Rehearsal meeting before the wedding day. - Assisting the client to do food tasting, cake tasting and makeup trial if needed. On the day: - Wedding team: 1 event manager, 3 coordinators, and 1 bridal assistance. - Transportation services and consumptions for the wedding team. - Supervision & coordination of the work from the involved vendors. - Directing the ceremony processional. - Assisting the family, wedding party, and guests as needed. - Ensuring tight adherence to the agreed schedule. What is not included: - Booking and arranging accommodations for the guests. - Airport pickup. - Planning and booking of services and activities other than the day of the wedding day. - Hen’s parties/buck’s parties and alike.
