From the early preparations to the final send-off, our team provides extended support, meticulous vendor coordination, and dedicated assistance for the couple and VIP guests. With a focus on precision and personalized attention, we handle every detail, allowing you to enjoy your special day stress-free. Inclusions: - Coverage for the full day starts with earlier coordination, ensuring every detail is well-prepared before the event begins. - Providing a dedicated content creator to capture candid moments and behind-the-scenes highlights during the reception. - Technical Meeting & Food Tasting – Coordinating meetings with appointed vendors and attending the rehearsal (GR) for the blessing ceremony. - Vendor & Crew Management – Ensuring vendor services align with the contract and assigning clear duties to the crew. - Event Rundown Execution – Creating, finalizing, and implementing the event rundown on the wedding day. - On-the-Day Coordination – Acting as the timekeeper and ensuring all necessary equipment is prepared. - Support Crew – Providing 10-12 crew members to execute the rundown and assist throughout the event. - Essential Stationery – Providing checklists, angpao envelopes, and other necessary items for smooth execution.
