From the start, the team was extremely helpful in helping me select the design for the shoes. They asked me what my gowns looked like and sent me a detailed proposal on the designs I can consider. I was instantly impressed by the service. When I eventually decided on the design, the team again guided me very thoroughly on the size to select. There was a slight risk in getting my shoes online but the help I received assured me that I'm getting the right size. I loved that we could engrave on the bottom of the soles and that really was a special touch. The shoes got me through my 15 hour day on my actual wedding day and I'm extremely grateful.
