Parisian Mademoiselles
by Ruffles & Bells

Updated on 17 November 2015

“Paris is always a good idea” to put it simply from Audrey Hepburn herself. Drawn from inspirations of all the loveliness and beauty of that is Paris, this shoot is inspired by a bit of boho and sweetness of having fun under the sun. Eliska from Ruffles & Bells Wedding & Event Styling in Melbourne is the talented stylist behind this gorgeous shoot. “I love creating concepts with stories behind them so imagine a stylish tea party for the bride and her bridesmaids with hues of lilac & mint, fresh flowers from the market and an array of macarons and cakes. Getting closer to her big day, the bride and her girls are playing fashion show with all the accessories, flowers and sweets, making sure that each detail for her big day is perfect! This shoot is a collaboration between myself and Cynthia from Cynthier who designed several pieces of jewellery that would go perfect for the shoot.” “The jewellery pieces were the main centerpieces for the color inspiration behind this. We’ve had the pleasure of witnessing the gorgeous gowns by Eden Rose accented with Italian lace and sparkles that would make any bride blush. The bridesmaids wore such beautiful purple & mint coloured frocks from Bridesmaids Only – each piece was unique to express their personality. Flawless hair & make-up by DeeLush and Pretty Creations makes the girls look divine to say the least.” “The ladies from Something Borrowed Vintage Hire are such masters with their props – from the french door backdrop to the table and decor pieces. Each piece felt like they were meant for this shoot. And of course, the floral touches portraying effortless beauty of Parisian markets were by no-other-than Floranectar Flowers.” “There’s no such party without a favour from pastel macarons by It’s A Cake Thing and cookie dough mix bottles from Sweet Health. The sweets of all sweets would be the artsy boho-inspired cakes & cupcakes by Minnie’s Sweet Creations. And tying all the details together, Ania from 2 Love Birds Sweet Design have created the most gorgeous tea bag escort tags and ‘Will You Be My Bridesmaid’ cards to sweeten this day even more!”
