Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Our company has replacement photographers ready to cover your special day, of course they were professionally trained and well experienced in this industry.
Do you charge based on package, hourly or full day?
It's up to you! We have package, hour(s) package, or any kind of custom request that you love.
Are you available to shoot after hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Depends on what packages you choose.
How soon after the event are the proof ready for viewing?
For viewing, 1 week after event, your album (if any) will be ready 1 months after event.
When will the client get the final album?
One month after the photo or video session day (if there's no revision on previewing before printing).
Do you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, we provide all the digital files to you, for FREE! We don't charge you at all for taking any pictures that you like to share or print.

How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
We will be able to direct the couple for our signature pose, but we love the chemistry of real emotion, gesture and spontaneous moments. So we combine them all through pictures for your everlasting memories.

Our prices are based on hours coverage

2 weeks after we sort all original photos

Depending on client request/ change, usually it takes 4-8 weeks for client to receive final product.

The most ideal time is 6 - 12 months before

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our clients will provide the meals and don't worry we will still capture the moments, we will require a meal break one by one of our team, not all of us will have a break and leave you alone.
