Peppersuite team selalu ngerti apa yang kita mau, dari awal kita cerita apa yang kita harapkan selalu bisa ditampung dan ternyata yang diwujudkan jauuuh lebih baik yang dari kita impikan! Dari first meeting dan menuju H-7, kita nggak pernah diribetin dan input kita selalu di dengar. Yang penting dekor itu, kita klop dqan percaya sama yang buat, dan selalu mau denger apa mau kita :)

I came across Pepper Suite Events through Bride Story and set up a meet up with them. I lived in Singapore then, and I was having a wedding in Bandung hence it was hard to have meet ups with the Decorator. I always wanted a Oriental / Chinese Palace Theme because I'm a sucker for such traditional and old times things. Hence, I gave some idea to Ci Lina for reference and let the team to decide what's good for the wedding. The next time I saw them, I was blown away with the blueprint and I just fully trusted them to do whatever the team wanted to do. There was one hiccup by our venue whereby they changed the outlook of the venue without telling us and it was like 4 months to the wedding. From a glass roof, it was changed to a metal roof that will totally takes the oriental feel away and it will look very industrial. I was so upset and I told Ci Lina about it, hoping that there's something she can do to salvage it. I was in Singapore and there's absolutely nothing I can do. Ci Lina immediately set up an appointment with my husband for a site recce and she came out with solutions to tackle the change. On the wedding day, I WAS BLOWN AWAY. I just kept exclaiming how nice and wonderful it was because the decoration was EXACTLY what I wanted. I kept having goosebumps and telling my husband that I Loved it. and true enough, EVERYONE LOVED IT TOO. Really very thankful for Ci Lina and team because working with you guys have been a breeze honestly. I don't have to worry so much about my decoration (which is the huge percentage of an Indonesian Wedding) and you guys make me have less worries. Pokoknya puas banget sm pepper suite. Bener-bener di atas ekspektasi hasilnya. Dr ngobrol, ci Irene udah bener-bener pelajarin apa yang kita mau. Terus bener-bener hasilnya bagus bangettttttt. Terus ci Irene sabar banget ngadepin kita walaupun kita sempet pengen ganti-ganti model sampe nemu yang pas. Hehee. Thank u banget pepper suite!

Puas dan seneng banget bisa dibantu sama Pepper Suite, benar2 profesional dan bahkan extra mile buat dekor di wedding kita. Dari awal ngobrol sebelum akhirnya memutuskan pilih Pepper Suite, Ci Irene udah tau banget dan sepikiran dengan kita, jadi ke sananya kita bener2 bisa percayain dekor kita tanpa jadi beban lagi, istilahnya satu beban udah hilang. We recently had our wedding in Canggu, and we were blown away by the beautiful decor and flowers Irene and her team did for our wedding, in spite of the limited budget we were on. From the very start, Irene is someone who makes you feel very comfortable. This was a destination wedding for us, and communication was extremely smooth and quick all the time leading up to the actual day. We admittedly didn't have particularly strong ideas about what we wanted in terms of the theme or colour, but through our conversations, Irene made the process easier for us and guided us in deciding the look of our wedding. She was also very accommodating and helped us with some elements we needed to add to our ceremony, and she always responded to my messages promptly. On the day itself, we didn't have to worry about anything at all, and it was truly wonderful for Andrew and I to walk into our dinner reception area and be amazed at how beautiful everything was. Thank you so much, Irene and team, for making our wedding day an even more special one. Andrew and I can't forget how lovely everything was and wished we could do it all over again!
