Depending on the requirements of the clients, they usually get the proof ready to review 3-7 days after the event
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
Yes We do have backup procedures for photographers, crew and also make up artist.
What is your payment terms?
50% after confirmation of contract and 50% after the event

We charge hourly, or per event depending on the package picked by the clients

Yes We do. We love to exploring other cities and experiencing their beauty.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The ideal time for clients to book the day would be at lest 2-3 months for the wedding, depending on the event.

Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes We do provide digital Hi-res files in a flash drive.

Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
Yes Client could contact our admin first to book a session.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Depending on the clients needs. We usually give the clients our final product 2-3 weeks after the event, or sooner.
