I highly recommend Overjoyed Wedding! As a perfectionist, I detailed my preferences, and they delivered flawlessly, nothing was missed. Their team offered excellent vendor recommendations and the best deals. Sam and Velia were incredibly helpful and experienced, ensuring everything ran smoothly on our big day. They are truly a good pick for anyone looking to make their wedding perfect!

My husband and I live abroad, but Overjoyed made the wedding planning process so much easier for us. Titi and Samuel were very responsive, and we communicated seamlessly through WhatsApp and video calls throughout the planning process. Initially I had my anxieties, not being able to check out the wedding venue in person before putting in the deposit, and not knowing if Overjoyed was trustworthy or an online scam. If you have the same worries as me, allow me to assure you, Overjoyed is LEGIT. They suggested a great wedding venue (Villa Anugrah) and decoration company based on our preferences and budget, and took so many videos and photos of the venue for us, to help us visualise the place. Throughout the planning process, they were very flexible with our requests, and offered multiple vendors for catering, entertainment and videography. They were not pushy about any particular vendor (unlike other wedding organisers we approached who were pretty insistent on specific partner vendors), and instead prioritised our needs and preferences. Moreover, when we flew to Bali for the food tasting, they were very hospitable. On our wedding day, the team (led by Velia) was nothing short of amazing! They communicated amongst themselves well, and were great time-keepers who made sure that everything went according to schedule. For instance, the bride's person in-charge (PIC) kept reminding the hairstylist and make-up artist how much time they had left, and stopped guests from requesting to taking photos with my husband and I when it was time for my make-up retouch. Every member of the Overjoyed team was clear of their responsibilities, and even went the extra mile to take care of our needs and requests, as well as provide useful suggestions. For example, upon my husband's request, the groom's PIC watched a YouTube video to learn and help my husband tie his necktie in a fancy knot. Similarly, the bride's PIC was very attentive and provided me with a glass of water *with a straw* during my make-up session, without me requesting for it. Lastly, the team made a great call to suggest not putting up the roof of the tent on the morning of the wedding, as it was unlikely for it to rain that day – and they were right! As a result, the reception area felt cooler, and the guests were better able to enjoy the fireworks from their tables. Overjoyed exceeded our expectations in their service delivery, and is an honest event company. My husband and I are amazed at the quality we received at the price we paid – definitely great value for money. Thank you, Overjoyed, for organising and executing the wedding of our dreams! It was wonderful working with each and every one of you :) We will gladly recommend Overjoyed to our friends and family, should they want to have their wedding in Bali.

Coming from overseas to plan our wedding in Bali, we were uncertain how things would pan out with planning and coordinating our wedding. We were thankful to have had the Overjoyed wedding team, led by Sam, as our guides through unfamiliar waters. Really grateful to the team for coming together and mapping out our dream wedding and it was an amazing night for myself and my wife. The entire sequence of events went smoothly, and they took care of us right from the preparation, the speeches, the decorations, music and of course ended the night with fireworks and a high. We were extremely satisfied and we couldnt have wished for a better team. For couples coming from overseas, I highly recommend the Overjoyed team as your planners - for both expert and flexible work - if you are celebrating your weddings in Bali.
