Is there a minimum order requirement?
100 pcs is our minimum order
Do you have a return policy?
Only if the order using our standard packaging. Any customized order could not be returned. All the shipping cost incurred will be paid by our client
How far in advance should your client make an order?
3-6 months in prior to the wedding would be ideal. We also accept order in a shorter period in prior to the wedding, but the range of products will be very limited.
What is your payment terms?
30% after confirmation of contract, 70% upon delivery

Depends on your location. It usually takes between 5-10 business days.

Our manufacturing facility was established in 1990. We start off the artisan candle market in 2017.

What is the charge for not reaching minimum?
If you order less than the minimum order quantity, there will be a 5% charge from the invoice amount.
