Just early into 2015, Oh’s Farm had the honor of being Official Food Caterer for the exciting Retrolicious event; Singapore’s biggest retro concert since 2010. Amidst its loud beats and neon-decked merrymakers were also a party of flavours (fine-tuned retro style, of course) proudly served by us. Audience of retrolicious could find delectable sweet treats dressed in similar vibrant hues. Careful planning made sure every food and drink we provided was tailored to complement the resplendent atmosphere ringing in the air. From interesting fruit-meat picks, salmon tarts to the creamy buttermilk panna cotta in macarons, our proud creations boost of unique twists in flavour that will tingle your gastronomy senses for more. This goes all the way from our goals to continuously innovate and explore new gastronomy creations for our patrons. In mind of the organizers, meticulous arrangement also went into our food presentation. A design was crafted to show the logos of both Fly Entertainment and Class 95FM from an aerial view – a special customization for the event branding of our organisers. Retrolicious turned out to be a resounding success filled with great entertainment, and we were honored to have been part of it. In terms of taste, theme and presentation, Oh’s Farm continues to present new concepts and creations to accentuate our highly lauded catering services.
