When 'He's Not My Type' Ends Up Being 'The One' Love. love. love. we can't get enough of this word right? Love gives us curiosity. Well, it's not as if we haven't had it, but because it happens in such ways human can't explain. As the song goes, “it moves in mysterious ways” and we are loving the mystery. You don’t know exactly how you can find the One, how you can fall in love, or how you know is your partner could be the lifetime love. Isn’t it challenging? It was the same as experienced by Citra. She met Wilson at her friend birthday party. Who would have thought that Wilson got very curious about her instantly? Their relation was flowing until they met again in the United States. When Wilson wanted to approach Citra closer, unfortunately she refused. As Wilson was getting closer, Citra was getting the farther even to rejecting him in many ways. Didn’t want to met, didn’t picked up the phone, didn’t replied any message. She said "He's just not my type - not even close!”. Is it because his physical appearance or his attitude or another reason? We don’t know. But, we really surprised heard these words. How it can be? In fact they will soon be heading marriage. She told us that she didn’t consider him a real prospect. Wilson just didn’t “look” like what she had always imagined her husband would be. He wasn’t particularly attracted to him. But hey! Relax… From the dating expert writer, women have to widen their scope (and ideal mate checklist!) and be open to meeting men who seem outside their comfort zone. In other words, consider the idea that Mr. Not-Your-Type could become the love a lifetime. That’s happened to Citra. She’d taken off her chemistry-colored glasses, gave him a chance. Surprisingly, he treated her better than any of the other men of her past. Wilson courted Citra, wooed her, and showered her with affection. This is when she started “seeing” her future husband differently. His patience and kindness showed her how wonderful it is to receive love, not just give it. After all, he was the nice guy and she felt more in love than she ever had in her life. See! Love is unpredicted! We don't always wind up with the guy we thought we would be with, or the person we pictured in our head. When we have to narrow down your must-haves like that it might lead us to choose 'family values' over 'blue eyes' or 'never been married. Now, we realized that the right match is about a feeling, not a thought. Are you still focus find the ideal type of partner? Think twice!
