What are your delivery times?
It takes at least 1,5- 2 months to complete orders in big quantity. For small quantity, it takes 7-10 days. Please discuss with our representatives to check our schedule. It will be great if you order in enough time to make sure we can deliver our best quality products.

What makes your services unique?
All of our patterns has their own story to tell and inspire others. We want to spread happiness through our patterns and colors. All patterns are hand-drawn by our founder, Mira Hoeng, a textile artist and designer. She also can especially draw for your own event and it will be exclusive only for your event. We believe that art piece has to come from the heart. Only then, people can feel the sincerity and happiness.
How far in advance should your client make an order?
To make an ease smooth process for everyone, it will good to make an order at least 2-3 months in advanced.
What is your payment terms?
50% of Down Payment (DP) after contract signed and another 50% after all the goods are done and before the final delivery. After the final payment is made, we will deliver the goods right away.
When was your business established?
Mira Hoeng established MIWA in 2016 after resigning from a corporate carrier. Since then, the journey is beyond our imagination. In 2018, Mira Hoeng is named as ‘Inspirational Woman’ of Mercedes-Benz Indonesia for “She’s Mercedes” program. She was also a mentor in all prisons in Indonesia for tote bag paintings and crochet workshops. In the same year, Mira Hoeng is chosen by Hasbro to be the first artist in South East Asia to redraw My Little Pony characters and launched a special collection for scarves and clothes. For the past 3 years, MIWA has collaborated with big brands such as KEDS, My Little Pony from Hasbro, Shisedo, IL Bisonte, Central Department Store, Aromanis, Power Pro, Sunlife Insurance, etc. Our MIWA counter is in Central Department Store , at Grand Indonesia, Ground Floor.

It patterns always vibrant, expressive and experimental. The name itself derived from its founder, Mira Hoeng's childhood name to reflect this as her dream since childhood time. She believes in art of giving happiness, and she communicates it well through her patterns.
Through her paintings and MIWA, she wants to spread happiness as a celebration of life.
All patterns are hand-drawn in watercolour and other mediums.
