What is your payment terms?
50% Confirmation Fee, balance 50% pay one week (7 days) before the Event Date. Any additional charges must be settled at the end of the event

2). Professional Event Emcee
Emcee who is able to host with Fully English / Fully Mandarin / Bilingual
3). Wedding Reception Planning & Coordination
We have included :-
a). Guest Management
-provided Guest Attendance APP to manage guest attending on the actual of event
-enhance floor plan details for coordinate with receptionist, usher, catering of Hotel/Restaurant/Resort
b). Wedding Couple, Family, Wedding Helpers Management
-arrange Bridal Secretary to take care Wedding Couple during wedding banquet dinner
-Coordinate what duty of Family & Wedding Helper in wedding banquet
c). Involved Vendors Management
Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products & On-site coordinate with vendors such as catering of Restaurant/Hotel/Resort, Photographer, Cinematographer, Decorist, Florist, Make-up Artist, Musicians, Band Vocalist that engaged by wedding couple
