What makes your product and services unique?
We design custom-made pieces in collaboration with the the individual customer. We offer outstanding high quality jewellery, using the best quality of precious metals, diamonds, coloured gemstones and pearls.
Do you provide after sales services?
Yes , free cleaning and polishing service
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes , minimum 1 (one) piece
How far in advance should your client make an order?
The most ideal time for a client to contact us would be 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes , we have 0% installment program for you ranging from 3 to 24 months plan
What is your payment terms?
50% down payment are required after confimation, and 50% upon the final delivery
Do you provide services in other cities or countries?
No , for now we only have offline store in Jakarta, Indonesia. If you wish to ship to other cities or countries, you can contact us for further details.
Do you provide certification (i.e GIA)?
Yes we can provide GIA certificate if requested by the client. Nonetheless, all of our diamond collection also have in-house certification.
Do you provide catalog or custom jewelry?
Other We have been creating personalized, bespoke, custom-made jewellery specialities for over 35 years. We also have range of ready stock jewellery for you to choose right away.
What payment systems are available for your business?

For rings, do you have size adjustment services?
Yes , we do have resizing service if the ring doesn't fit you well
