How far in advance should your client make a booking?
1 hour. Slots are subjected to availability. For couple & group booking, please book in advance

We provide a 2-5 days guarantee for all our workmanship.

What is the maximum group size that you can accomodate?
For inhouse, we provide exclusively up to 2 pax per seating. However, we are able to accommodate group pampering like hen parties for unlimited pax at a location of your choice.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge by service customized to what the bride requires and not forced costs based on "packages" that might not be completely required.
Do you provide on-site services?
We provide on location services for nails & makeup. pls enquire for more.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, PayPal, Cash
What is your payment terms?
For on-location bookings, a deposit of $50 is required which will be offset from final bill. In store payments include cash & nets. Additional 4% is applicable for Paypal (credit card) payments.
When was your business established?
We were established since 2010 with our founder, Jaclyn, being in the industry for more than 10 years now.
Jaclyn is a multiple international award winner and is currently focused on nails education. She personally trains her staff so you can have the best of skilled service to yourself!
