Lily Florist & Decoration

Setelah bertemu dengan beberapa vendor, kami akhirnya memutuskan untuk memilih Lily Florist & Decoration dengan beberapa alasan. Some of them are : 1.) Budget friendly (setelah melihat portfolio dari Tante Lily, we thought that her work has the best value for money) 2.) Portfolio (once again, best value for money) 3.) Tante Lily (this is actually the deciding factor, as Tante Lily is very friendly and warm towards us) Unfortunately for us, it wasn't to our expectation - not even remotely close. Before I start, I just want to make it clear that my husband and I worked our asses off to pay for our wedding and since I'm the type who love a good decor, I allocated quite a big chunk of our budget for our decoration vendor - whilst in the process decreasing budget for other things. Okay, now on to the main course : 1.) First and foremost, she missed TM, even though our WO has reminded her a couple of times prior. Of course, her team came along but what they brought to the table shocked me to my very core. The sketch (yes sketch, this vendor doesn't provide 3D drawing) wasn't even finished, not even halfway through. Keep in mind that TMs are usually conducted about 3-4 weeks before the actual day, so you guys can imagine how freaked out I was. 2.) Quite a number of things that was listed on the contract was not delivered 3.) Crew on-the-day was raving mad, even my family members complained about them (they actually got scolded, unprofessional and rude) 4.) Crude and sometimes messy installation of properties, basically affecting the whole look-and-feel of the venue 5.) One of our properties (laser-cut wood) that was supposed to be hanged wasn't there. FYI, that thing was custom-made and I had to drive during ungodly hours to pick up the damn thing and yet they simply forgot about it. To be fair, Tante Lily did reach out to us and at least she asked us to meet her so that she can clear the air, but that didn't change a thing. We're still disappointed and a simple 'sorry' won't turn back time. Tante Lily, if you're reading this, I just want to make it clear I have nothing against you. I still think you are a wonderful person and I don't mean any disrespect, this is my honest opinion and I hope that you'd accept my feedback so that other bride and groom won't suffer from the same fate as we did.
