How they met Southern California meets Northern California. The saying goes “the best friendships and relationships happen when you least expect them and are authentic” Mutual friends, who were dating each other mentioned the two as a personality match multiple times before Daisy and Shally decided to talk. Introductions became long conversations that formed a beautiful friendship, which led to a realization that our family members and friends already had a connection to each other. Shally and Daisy always knew how much they had in common as far as their outgoing, fun-filled personalities. Their mutual love for spending quality time with their friends and families, entertaining, eating good food, exploring the world and having adventures together made it so easy for them to commit to each other knowing the future would be anything but boring. With no pressure from family members to tie the knot, everyone’s easy connection to each other made it difficult to resist a lifelong commitment, which was an absolute blessing and reward to staying authentic together. The proposal Going back to roots; The adventurous Shally and Daisy knew they wanted to get married in North India, Punjab. The decision to celebrate the relationship of their two beautiful families coming together in their hometown was a no brainer. However, It was going to take a team and plenty of work to make this happen but the both were persistent in working hard to bring a fulfilled experience to their family and friends. A celebration of love & family. The planning aside, a Shally planned "last-minute" stop occurred on their way back from attending a family event together. Driving back by the beach on the pacific coast highway, Shally pulled the car into San Luis Obispo in southern California. They stopped at Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort & Spa, which was not on Daisy’s weekend itinerary. Shally had a dinner surprise for her before they headed home that weekend. The exciting dinner turned into a beautiful proposal when Shally pulled out a ring and told Daisy how much he loved her and how his dream of marrying her was finally coming true. Though they were already committed and planning their wedding, this was a very special and official moment to lock the two together forever. Shally’s plan of the restaurant being ready to celebrate them was accomplished. The two enjoyed their dinner and stay with plenty of champagne.
