How far in advance should your client make an order?
The most ideal time for a client to make their order (with finalized details) is at least 2 months before their event date. Note that as we are a small establishment and handcraft all our designs, we only have a limited number of slots per day.

What is your payment terms?
50% non-refundable deposit for the reservation of your slot at least 2 months before the event date and 50% refundable payment at least one month before the event date.
