Trained in the most prestigious Parisian Maisons and Palaces, Chef Vincent Nigita felt an irrepressible desire to travel after a few years. On a whim, he decided to drop everything and export his know-how abroad. After teaching pastry masterclasses all over the world, he finally decided to settle down in Bali, 7 years ago. Since then, he has embarked on numerous projects, but it is at Kanvaz Patisserie, in the heart of Seminyak, where you can find his creations. He designs collections of ‘haute-couture’ sweets, including bakery items, chocolates, jams, and pastries that are both elegant and gourmet.
