The best thing about photographing friends is the ease of the process. You know what they want and both photographer and client can be honest and work together to create the perfect photo. I have known Camille since we were in elementary and knowing her preferences definitely made the process easier. As for Lee, I have only known him for a couple of years but his calm and chill nature made him an easy subject. Another great thing about working with a couple who is near and dear to you is the significance it brings. Being the one responsible for capturing and preserving memories from a very important day in their lives is astounding. It gives the positive feedback much more value and instant gratification. Each beautiful photo taken from Lee and Camille’s wedding gives me so much pride and happiness.
