First of all, this is based on my experience as a client hired victorious projects as my wedding documentation vendor. The result might be different for others. But here goes with mine: - Professionalism is the worst We planned to have a prewedding shoot before sunrise. Therefore the crew must present at dawn, and they agreed to that. But the reality is one of them was late to wake up at the agreed time and we couldnt have the sunrise photos. Well its still forgivable due to human behaviour, I still gave them breakfast and some tips. Late for giving us the edited prewed video, as a matter of fact, we havent received yet until today To be added, they didnt come on time for the technical meeting (so late). - Losing the most crucial things After we did prewed and wedding shoot they should give us the the final result for the video and the photos max 2 months after, but abt 3 months later, they just told us that the memory of our wedding video is MISSING. And they have a deal to pay for what it lost, so they paid for it. Even though they paid the fine, we still lost our wedding video, our one and only wedding video (our prewed video as well, bch we havent received it yet).
