We use Full HD DSLR cameras to capture every special moment of your wedding day.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes
Do you provide raw footage to the client?
We sell you a finished product that has been cut and polished, Raw footage is not a finished product, but an ingredient.
Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
Clients are welcome to meet with us or arrange a Skype meeting, but this is not a requirement.

When was your business established?
After working as a Second Shooter for a wedding videographer for over a year, I started my own business in September 2016.
What is your payment terms?
25% Upon booking. 25% 8 weeks after making the booking. 25% 4 weeks before your wedding and 25% 8 weeks after your wedding.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually clients provide the meal, we eat when dinner is served at the wedding. If clients prefer not to feed us, please inform us before the wedding day, we will then arrange our own meal and eat at the same time as everyone else, so we don't miss a thing.
How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
This depends on the specific package chosen by the couple.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
Ideally at least 2 months before their wedding. But, the sooner the better, as waiting too long may mean that we have already been booked on your date.
How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
We have a documentary style of shooting and prefer not to direct our couples. We follow the events of the day and find that the most beautiful moments are the ones that happen naturally.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We have various packages that couples can choose from.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
2-3 Months
