BEFORE THE WEDDING - Assist in selecting Venue Options - Budget preparation - Assisting in selecting and arranging other wedding vendors such as ( decor, f&b arrangements, photo and video, entertainment, production, hair, and makeup, etc) - Liaise with all vendors and venue management prior to the wedding for logistic etc - Assist in making itinerary for any pre-wedding visit such as venue inspection, vendor visit, food tasting, and makeup trial - developing rundown and wedding checklist - final meeting with all vendors and venue management - assist in wedding rehearsal at the wedding venue WEDDING DAY - Coordinate and standby on the day of the event - making sure all the vendors involved arrive in a timely manner - organizing guest transportation from hotel to the wedding venue (VEHICLE NOT INCLUDED, However, we have transportation service at an additional charge - Other services related to the wedding, in general, that has been mutually agreed upon among parties OUR TEAM WILL BE INVOLVED : *Bride assistant *Groom assistance *Family Assistance *Bridesmaid Assistance *Groomsmen assistance *Coordinators for F&B, Decoration, Audio & Visual, Guest Transport & Accommodation *Production assistant; -Exclude RSVP Services -Exclude Meal Crew for Planner Team & Vendors
