All Vendors are to be booked by the Bride & Groom or family and must be reported to Ada Wedding's team. - Unlimited consultation via phone call, chat, Whatsapp or Zoom/Google Meet with Ada Wedding's Planner. - We Provide up to 5 face to face meetings with Ada Wedding's Planner and Team. - Carrying out Rundown and Wedding Checklist according to your wedding needs. - Providing Wedding Guidance Book as our guideline during your wedding day. - Following up all the booked vendors 2 month prior to the event. - Arranging a Family Meeting for both sides of the family. - Provide Final Technical Meeting with all the booked vendors to oversee each and every detail of the wedding for a seamless execution. - Monitoring all the booked vendors during preparation and execution. - Ensuring that everything runs smoothly by paying attention to every detail. - Standby and arrange the Morning procession (Akad / Holy Matrimony). - Standby and arrange the Wedding Reception. - Time keeper. - Coordinating guests and family photo sessions. - Health Protocol Apply. - Providing Wedding Report *Maximum 9 working hours *Additional charge might apply for wedding outside Jakarta
