PRE-WEDDING SERVICES - You may contact us four (4) weeks prior to your wedding day - Preliminary meetings up to three (3) times before the wedding day; including the initial consultation up to technical meeting - Preparing programs /itinerary of the event and wedding day timeline suggestion and review WEDDING DAY SERVICES - Coordinating the whole events (fetching the bride, tea ceremony, wedding ceremony, cocktail and reception dinner) together with the venue and all vendors, from preparation until the party finished on the wedding day only. - Ensure all services provided by each vendor are delivered on time - Assistance by Bali Wedding Paradise team on wedding day to covers: Bride & Groom assistance, Documentation & Entertainment, Set up, decoration & catering, transportation & logistic and Event Manager.
