We suggest you may contact your country representative embassy or consulate office in Bali or Jakarta or other Indonesia cities. • Translation your documents to Bahasa Indonesia or Indonesian language by Sworn translation. Documents Required : • Copy Passports of Bride and Groom • Copy Birth certificates of Bride and Groom • Copy Death certificate of former spouse (when relevant) • Copy Divorce certificate (when relevant) • Copy Baptism certificate • Copy Passports of 2 witnesses. (If you do not have any witnesses, Happy Bali Wedding may assist you with this). • Original Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage (CNI) or Affidavit issued by your country representative office, Embassy, or consulate located in Indonesia. • Fill in the Legal Wedding Form • Eight (8) photographs (6 x 4 cm) of the couple in same photo. Photo must be of the head and shoulders only, side by side, looking straight ahead. (Be advised that these photos will be attached to your wedding certificate). • All documents written in other foreign languages must be translated by the SWORN translation to the Indonesian Language. Additional documents for Catholic Wedding Ceremony: • Baptism Certificates – Mandatory • “Letter of Freedom” issued by your Parish Priest or other Church Official, declaring you have never been married and are therefore free to marry • “Letter of Delegation” issued by your Parish Priest or other Church Official, declaring that they have no objection to your marriage ceremony being performed by a Priest from the Catholic Church in Bali. • Pre Nuptial Course • Pre Marriage Inquiry • For a Catholic wedding, it is compulsory to be held at the Catholic church. For Moslem or Islam Wedding Ceremony : • Copy Passports of Bride and Groom • Copy KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) & Family card (KK) for Indonesian • Copy Birth certificates of Bride and Groom • Copy Death certificate of former spouse (when relevant) • Copy Divorce certificate (when relevant) • Reference letter from the local KUA (N1, N2,N4, N5 ) for Indonesian • Recommendation letter KUA or Islam Religious Affairs as per your home address • Six (6) photographs (2 x 3 cm) with blue background • Six (6) photographs (3 x 4 cm) with blue background
