Wedding Planning and Coordination, inclusion: - Up to 200 guests - Initial wedding budget planning - Help client to dealing with suggested vendor - Wedding rental discounts, if applicable - Preparation and management of all itineraries and schedules - Logistic management of transportation & accommodation for wedding guests - Final details and timing confirmed with all vendors of the week of the wedding - Management of items to be taken to ceremony and reception picked before the wedding - Detailed schedule of your wedding day, finalised and distributed to your wedding vendors - Management and assist with the setup of wedding decoration - Full coordination of rehearsal, ceremony and reception - Ensure all gifts, leftover food, cake top, extra programs, etc are turned over to the designated personal the end of the night - On the day of on-site coordination by a professional wedding planner on the day of main event - Up to 10 assistants on the wedding day of main event (up to 200 pax) - Pre and post event organisation (if any)
