What is your payment terms?
We will require a 30% deposit to reserve the date and execute the agreement. 60% is due on the actual day. The remainder 10% is due on the delivery date.
When was your business established?
Started as a popular wedding photography outfit in 2005, we have grown to become bona fide wedding storytellers. In a cultural melting pot, we have captured a variety of genre of weddings, be it Chinese, Malay or Indian. Naturally, we have become synonymous with filming mixed-marriage weddings as well.
What makes your services unique?
We could write a thousand words but we think that our works must speak for ourselves.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Normally, our clients will provide us meals. Otherwise, we will take care of our own meals.
How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
Typically, we will have 2 team members. On a SDE wedding, we have 2 videographers and one on-site editor.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
6 to 24 months
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Depending on season, typically 3 to 6 months after the wedding day. Same day edits are delivered on the actual day itself.
