    How far in advance should your client contact you?
    The most ideal time for a client to book us is 3 months prior to the wedding. However, we are happy to accommodate your last minute request so long the slot is available.
    What is your payment terms?
    50% by the time of the booking and the balance of 50% 7 days before the event.
    What payment systems are available for your business?
    Cash, Bank transfer
    Do instructions come with the phone for the guests to read to help them use the phone?
    Yes! We have signage templates for you to download and adjust as you see fit! If you book our SET UP package, the signage and neon box are also included
    Is there a limit on the amount of audio we can record?
    No! The number of audio is UNLIMITED, our battery lasts up to 8 hours on full charge mode. However, we will suggest you to book an additional unit if your number of guests is >250 pax to ensure they stay convenient during the process.
    What services do you offer?
    Phone A Friend experience includes a variety of colored rotary phones, signages and decor packages for your event. We provide your guests with an interactive experience, where they can leave their messages for you on your special day!
    What makes your product and services unique?
    Old traditional guestbooks are boring! Who wants to have an outdated book piling up in our storage room? Audio Guestbook enables you to take a trip down the memory lane! Nothing quite as sweet as listening to the messages from your loved ones on repeat.
    What rate do you usually charge at?
    We charge per event depending on the package picked by the brides. The price is range between 2.5 - 9 mio. You can choose the package that suits you best!
