What is your payment terms?
First deposit of 30% of the pro forma invoice as confirmation of the event on signature of the contract. Second deposit of 50% of the pro forma invoice three months before the arrival date of the group/ the event date. Balance payment is required to be settled at the latest by 30 days prior tot he arrival date of the group/ the event date.
