Review for HMUA team
Ms. Cherryl Grande is a very professional and caring make up artist. Her team comes earlier than the scheduled time and we had no issues of tardiness from them. She cares a lot on what we want and how we are feeling as her client. Her beauty tools were all clean also. She worked well with my skin-type that's why I can say that I looked my best on that very special day of mine. One thing that I also liked about her service is that she is not like the other suppliers whoa re just after the payment of their clients. I felt her passion over her fee. She did a lot of masterpieces in my wedding and I will definitely book her service again!

Super bait and super galing talaga ni Ms. Cherryl. From trial make up (take note) walang fee ang trial make up nya. Unlike sa ibang HMUA na bago ka makapag trial make up need mo magpay kung wala pa kayong contract. Also kahit trial make up masyadong ginagalingan haha For me na may oily skin , hyperpigmentation and hindi smooth ang skin, super galing ng output. From trial, to prenup to my wedding day. Super Bait, Super Maasikaso pa . :)

Do your services continue until the photoshoot or the event ends?
for Engagement shoot our service continue until the photoshoot ends. For weddings, our services continue after the reception look is done before the couple enters the reception.

How many make up retouch sessions do you offer in one wedding event?
On a wedding setup, retouch session is unlimited for the bride and groom from preparation at the hotel and before they proceed to the church. Retouch and 2nd look should be done before they proceed to reception. However, retouch for the entourage is possible only before they proceed to church. Entourage retouch is possible even before they proceed to reception but with additional fees.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time for the client to book us is within 6 to 12 months before their scheduled wedding date. However, i can still accept bookings as long as the date is still available.
What makes your services unique?
On makeup, we make sure that the bride will be the best version of themselves on their big day.. The bridal makeup that we do is fresh and natural that will make them feel more confident and happy on their special day.
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
I made sure that my makeup team consists of Professional and Certified Makeup too, so in case I'm unavailable for unexpected reasons, I have my team to replace me.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge per event depends on the package picked by the bride.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Cash, Bank transfer
What is your payment terms?
30% downpayment to secure the event date
70% balance should be paid before we start on wedding day
Note:
30% downpayment is non-refundable in case the bride decides to cancel the booking.

Our business started in 2017 after I graduated my hair and makeup course in Thailand and in Philippines.
