Romantic couple shooting in Venice

When Ashley and Matt contacted us for a couple photo shoot in Venice, we couldn't be happier! It's been our first shooting done together in this amazing city, and we were really excited to capture their first time in Italy - actually, first time together and Matt's first time ever, Ashley is a veteran! Ashley and Matt come from South Carolina; they decided to visit Italy for Matt's birthday, and they wondered around Tuscany hills, Florence and then Venice. When we met them in Venice there was a fantastic warm sun, and we walked through the city's tiny alleys, flanked canals admiring passing by gondolas and ancient palaces. We eventually reached Piazza San Marco, the very heart of Venice, and suddenly the sky went dark and it started to rain a little...but actually it was a great situation for the photos, we really love a grey sky in these kind of shots!
