Ling was absolutely professional and really stepped up when we were pressed for time. It really helps that she can keep a naturally nervous bride calm in the wee hours ahead of the big event and I'm just glad to have someone to related to, with a firm hand on the brush and not giving in to all my insecurities and complaints

Had a last minute booking with Chialing for my ROM makeup and also for my 2 sisters. She had proposed another makeup artist for my 2 sisters so that we do not have to wake up so early to wait for each other. Had some back and fro changes on my decision but chialing was still very polite and accommodative.
