How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time would be no later than 6 months to the date. Otherwise you are less likely to be able to secure a date.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Depending on the requirements of the clients, 6-8 weeks is standard.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge hourly as a baseline.
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I direct them personally. Depending on the situation, timings and/or location, we may be able to relax with less direction or maybe squeeze in some more with extra direction.
Are you available to shoot after hours?
Yes
Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
Unless you consider how each photographer differs in style! :)
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
Yes
What makes your services unique?
I am a relatively young photographer. I find that this makes my interactions much easier and approachable. As such I am able to get reactions which would otherwise be hidden.
What is your payment terms?
50% Deposit with contract. Remaining 50% to be paid minimum one week to the day.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
On average 8 weeks. Maximum of 12 weeks during peak season.
