What do your packages include?

All packages with all file on DVD / Flashdisk. Album is optional.

Do you work overseas?

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes I have a backup photographer.

Packages and hourly.

Are you available to shoot after hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

Yes i can, its $150/hour.

How soon after the event are the proof ready for viewing?

Around 3-8 days after the event.

When will the client get the final album?

60-90 working base on queue ^_^

Do you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Yes, all file on the DVD / Flasdisk

Do you provide a make up artist in your packages?

For a wedding day packages is not included a make up artist and hairstylist. For pre wedding / post wedding is already included a make up artist and hairstylist.

Albums, Digital files, Hi-Res image, Proof CD of all images

i direct them personally with my team, and make sure all perfect in the album

we charge hourly depending on the package that the couple choose

maximum 7 days in normal session and 14 days in high season.

How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?

1-2 weeks for the digitals file and 2-3 month for album

How far in advance should your client contact you?

minimum 1 week before the day, maximum 1 year before the date.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?

Our photographer can take care our own meal, so dont worry about it. ^_^

What payment systems are available for your business?

Bank transfer, PayPal, Cash

What is your payment terms?

USD 200 to hold the date and the rest of the payment should be settled on the day of the photo session.
