How far in advance should your client make an order?
Our jewelry is ready to wear, so you do not need to order in advanced. Engraving in the store takes around 1 hour. Engraving using the machine at our head office takes 5 working days.

If you go through our website, full payment is done through paypal or bank deposit. If you visit a store, you can pay through cash or credit card. Credit Card payments can be straight or installment with 0% interest. You can also do the Layway promo which is from 3 months or 6 months.
