On January 4, 2025, the wedding of Nadya & Irvan became one of the most memorable moments. With a unique concept, the couple decided to hold their wedding ceremony outdoors and their reception indoors. How did it all go? Let’s dive into their wedding journey at The Pavilion Venue, South Tangerang with us. With a lush green garden as the backdrop, Nadya & Irvan’s akad (wedding ceremony) was held in the outdoor area of The Pavilion Venue. The sacred atmosphere was amplified by a simple yet well-planned layout. Guest chairs were arranged facing the ceremonial stage, creating a warm and intimate setting. The wedding planner ensured that every element, from floral decorations to seating arrangements, reflected the couple's vision of a natural yet formal ambiance. Following the ceremony, guests were invited to the indoor area for the reception. The Pavilion Venue’s reception hall showcased luxurious decor, featuring grand crystal chandeliers, classic patterned floors, and artificial or fresh flowers adorning the space. Close Communication with Vendors: * Catering: Keep food for the outdoor ceremony in an indoor area to maintain hygiene, protecting it from weather and dust exposure. * Entertainment: Ensure sound systems cover both indoor and outdoor areas.
