Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Yes, we will take a break if you give us time to break. About meal, we will be very grateful if client can provide us the meal for the break, especially the unique meal that we haven't eaten so far, that come from your hometown :)
Do you charge overtime? If yes, how much per hour
No. we charge per event
Do you give access to your raw footage?
No. We simply don't give our raw footage because it will be too big for your storage, and the look of the raw footage is not very inviting to watch.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
Yes, client can involved in revision process. So, after client get the first video, they can revise the video based on their likes & dislike from the video.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
For wedding video, we will deliver in 4 months after your wedding. For prewedding it's 1 week after your prewedding

We mainly use DSLR.
