My wife and I live in the UK and used Excellent to plan and organise our wedding in Jakarta. Ci Rita (co-owner and lead planner) worked closely with us from the start of our planning process and was superb. She and her team were organised, professional, proactive, full of great suggestions and advise, well connected with high quality vendors and deeply passionate about realising our dream wedding. She also was an excellent comminuctor which was important for us, especially as we were based in a distant country. On our wedding day she and her very helpful team orchestrated the whole event perfectly to ensure everything went to plan and greatly reduced any stress on the day. Ci Rita itu kecil kecil cabe rawit, sangat cekatan, detailed and most importantly, tegas. Saat wedding prep contactnya mainly dengan ci Rita. Akan selalu diingatkan apa yang diperlukan, jadwal2 meeting dengan vendors lain diatur, barang2 pun ada yang sudah dititipi sebelum hari H. Selain preparation, ci Rita juga care dengan our well beings dari kesehatan sampai curhatan. On the day itself, the whole team (ci Rita, ko Eric and team) sangat on time and organised. Parents, family, bridesmaids and groomsmen semua ada person in charge. Kalau ada keluarga yang berusaha untuk ikut campur atau delay, the whole team cukup tegas dan professional untuk menanganinya. Dari morning till night, semua keurus dan sebagai bride, ga berasa pusing sama sekali. Team yang ikutin saya juga orangnya sangat fun and helpful jadi ga berasa bosan or ngantuk.
