Do you provide certification (i.e GIA)?
We keep a database of 20,000 diamonds with GIA reports.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Our payment modes includes cash, debit cards, credit cards, and 0% interest installment plans for purchases made with a UOB or Citibank credit card.
Do you provide catalog or custom jewelry?

Do you provide after sales services?
We offer complementary resizing, lifetime washing and polishing services.
For rings, do you have size adjustment services?
Yes, resizing fee is waived off within 2 months upon collection. We also explore other forms of resizing options with our couples, like having a snuggy etc.
Is there a minimum order requirement?

Do you provide services in other cities or countries?
We ship internationally, particularly US, Australia, Malaysia, the Philippines, China, and others.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship internationally with a flat fee of $80. There is optional insurance service available for overseas customers too.
How far in advance should your client make an order?
Our happy timeline for customizing a wedding band is 2 to 3 months and 8 to 12 weeks for engagement ring, depending on designs.

What makes your product and services unique?
Customers meet up with Amanda, a GIA Gemologist graduated in New York with 12 years of experience. Having a database of 20,000 diamonds, 300 designs of ring settings, Amanda recommends diamonds and designs according to customers' preferred budget, the lady's preference. Customers sometimes discuss about matching with their dressing and profiles too. In addition, we have 500 designs of wedding bands in-store for customers to try and fit, and customization is one of our greatest strengths.

What is your payment terms?
30% deposit and the balance during collection.
When was your business established?
The first shop in Shaw Centre started in end 2005, with 3 trays of mass produced "Japanese style" wedding bands. The (probably) first online jewellery retail website http://www.eclarity.com.sg was launched.
