Some of the most beautiful wedding venues are just next door in Malaysia. One in particular is this celebration we chanced upon at Penang Hill shot by Jessen and Max, and their crew from JXS Wedding Cinematography.
The couple, Jonathan and Rebecca, threw a gorgeous wedding ceremony at Penang Hill Rajawali bungalow that had a breathtaking aerial view of the sea below and lovely cold weather – perfectly made for garden weddings!
After a touching ceremony, they hosted a casual dinner under a see-through marquee at a grassy knoll just below the bungalow where the kids could freely run and play. There was even a wooden platform for the couple to take their first dance.
The next day, everyone headed to a dinner reception under a giant marquee at Rasa Sayang Resort, Penang about an hour's drive away from the bungalow. As you can imagine from the grandeur of the day's events prior, the night affair was glam to the max with swanky gold Tiffany chairs, luscious table centerpieces and a ceiling filled with fairy lights and fine adornments.
