Cynthia Vicario was only 18 when she decided to become a wedding gown designer. She started her dream journey with humble beginnings at a simple garage, which then became a small yet beautiful studio where she succeeded to bring every bride-to-be's perfect wedding gown to life. With a philosophy of having "beauty in every detail and luxury in every presence", Vicario Bride conceptualizes simplicity and elegance in each dress while still being inspired by the personality of the wearer.
"I love the aesthetics of lace, because it has the ability to evoke calmness and add femininity to the overall piece," said Cynthia as she explained her specialty in designing rustic and classic styles. Her signature style is especially apparent in her newest collection, "Maunavana", which means "silence" in old Nepalese. The entire look book is dominated by an earthy color palette, featuring delicate dresses made with French lace, Italian tulle, Japanese chiffon, and handmade embroidery. Captured on Sumba Island by Terralogical, Cynthia's rustic adaptations of the classic wedding dress added a magical touch to the serene settings.
