Vendor of the Week: Phangsanny

Thanks to her love of art, most of Phangsanny's designs are influenced by the artwork she loves. Not only did she make it with love, she also made it personal with the passion she had. Phangsanny always listens to customers' preferences for their dresses because she wants them to wear the gown and feel special at the same time. She wanted the gown to also represent each customer's personality.
